2024 Ryzen 7 5700g idle temperature

The 5700g is amazing ! I had been really tempted by the 5700g but on paper it doesn't seem to be a great deal. Old Vega graphics, slower than X series and quite expensive. I decided to give it a go though and what a little beast this thing is! I managed to get a 20% overclock on the GPU, 25% overclock on the memory and combined with PBO it .... Mrs gerry

So apparently around 70-75°C is normal full load temperature for Ryzen 5 5600G, that because the base clock is high 3.9 Ghz and can boost up to 4.4 Ghz, and VCore get 1.35V at under full load. On average, at stock settings and stock cooler. But whatever you heard about Ryzens running hot because of bios settings not properly set up, is garbage. The settings are entirely correct for a guaranteed stable cpu for any plain jane pc.

What's the ideal point for that? I use it with it's stock cooler on a Gigabyte B550M-H. It's in an old case with two "little" fans (front and back, I think they're 92mm).
